On November 17, 2020, a team of 6 people, led by the Yueqing Economic and Information Bureau and composed of three senior lean experts, came to Tongda WEIPENG to inspect the lean production project of micro switches.
The expert group listened to our factory’s lean report and went to the site to review our factory’s 16 lean transformation micro switch production lines. They unanimously affirmed our factory’s existing lean improvements and also put forward higher requirements. , I hope that our factory will apply lean thinking to every production process of micro-switches, and finally make Tongda WEIPENG a benchmark factory for lean production.
